Questions

Where should a beginner start reading the Bible?

Most people start with a Gospel. Mark is the shortest and fastest-moving; John is written “so that you may believe.” This plan starts with Mark, then John and Acts.

Why not start at Genesis?

You can, but many readers stall in Leviticus. Starting with Jesus’ life gives you the center of the story first; this plan then goes back to Genesis.

What comes after this plan?

The 2027 one-year plan or the chronological plan, which cover the whole Bible.
